She possesses over 7 years of experience in multi-disciplinary career operating in the intersection of public policy research, financial Investment and economics.

Paul Aswani

Paul is a professional Geologist; Hydrogeologist; Geotechnical expert and an Environmental Impact Assessment & Environmental Audit (EIA/EA) Lead Expert with over twelve years of experience in Water and Environment sector. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Nairobi and is a registered Professional Member of The Geological Society of Kenya (GSK) and National Environment and Management Authority (NEMA) – Lead Expert.

Zachuas has over 8 years in community related projects spanning from working with women, children, young people and all-round community stakeholders. He has a bachelor degree in Development studies from Mt. Kenya University and has participated in various leadership training including Obama Africa Leaders training program and being selected to be a Tony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneur’s participant of 2021.

Ernest has worked with IVTG since its inception starting out as a field officer and growing to become an overall Project coordinator. Ernest has passion for serving communities and ensuring as many children as possible have a chance to go to school.

He brings to the team a hands-on approach in community mobilizing, project supervision and delivery and insights on various community trends.
